Frequently Asked Questions

My toilet usually fills up every 5-10 minutes. What could be the problem?

Its usually an indication that the toilet tank’s flush valve is not seating correctly and water is leaking from the tank into the toilet bowl.  It could be the lift chain being tangled, faulty flapper or a problem with the flush valve itself.
Open the tank to ensure there are no tangles in your lift chain and the flapper is whole, without any cracks, holes or worn out seal.

I am not really getting any hot water from my electric water heater system.

The high temperature cutoff may have been tripped, and may need to be reset.

Otherwise it’s generally a faulty heating element or thermostat. You may need to call a professional Brisbane Plumber or a local Caboolture Plumber.
